Who designs/makes your products?
We design and make all of our products in small batches at our shop in Los Angeles, CA. We do not outsource, drop ship, or mass produce any of our products. All our products are made by us in the USA with domestically sourced materials.
How much do your custom pieces cost?
Because every piece we make is custom designed and one of a kind, our pieces costs significantly more than mass manufactured, store-bought pieces.
The uniqueness of our pieces means that each one involves a LOT of problem solving. This is involves countless hours spent in designing, creating jigs, new processes, trial & error and fine tuning. We only use high quality materials and time tested processes to ensure that our pieces wear-in instead of wear-out. Something that is one of a kind is priceless, just like you.

What is your payment policy for custom projects?
We bid our projects using "Lump Sum" bids. As a client, this means you know exactly how much you will pay from the very start. We generally use the 50/25/25 payment plan outlined below.
We require a 50% down payment before we begin work on the project to cover the initial costs of materials and fabrication. After fabrication is complete we will accept another 25% payment before installation begins. After the project is complete we will accept the final 25% payment. For projects over $20,000 we typically break up the final 50% into a scheduled payment plan. Payments are always outlined and clearly communicated through writing at the beginning of the project.
